Eggs

Highspire Hills Farm- Deb and Duane; they are the absolute best! We love visiting their farm and the animals. Through talking to and learning from Duane, Justin purchased Peking ducks that are now a part of our family; bonus points - they are helping us control our lantern fly problem as well! We will use their eggs for our baked goods, hollandaise sauce, and anything else that we might need.

T-shirts & Sweatshirts

ButteryPrintwear-  We met the sole owner, Clayton as a customer.  He fell in love with our "Milanos" which I now call the Claytons. He orders them 2-3 dozen at a time! He is really great and we love his work.

Honey

Aunt Patty's Honey- I used to work with Patty and her husband, Mark, who is a beekeeper and professor. Patty would always bring in his honey to work and I couldn’t get enough of it. I would ask for more whenever my honey bear was empty. Mark started a company and I love that we can sell it at Two Birds. One day I hope to learn from him and become a beekeeper myself.

Baked Goods

If you’re a crumb lover, this recipe has been developed over many years for you to try yourself! But, it’s so much more than a recipe to us. My older brother, Kevin’s favorite was Entenmann's Crumb Cake, so years ago I started to make different recipes and tweak them so that I could get the crumb down. I would give the crumb cake and cinnamon buns to my brother and other family members every Christmas Eve so that they would have it to enjoy on Christmas morning.

Our Scones and Fudgey Brownies are a hit with our customers too! The chocolate ganache is a new customer favorite, so I am making that on a regular basis. Because so many of our customers feel like family, I like to get feedback from them on which flavor combinations they enjoy the most before they officially hit the menu!
